Competition terms
A sample monthly competition for children aged 4–12. Proposed details below need Olivine’s approval.
Who can enter
Children aged 4–12, from any location, with a parent or legal guardian submitting on their behalf. Playing games and reading stories does not require a competition entry.
Sample entry period
Proposal: 1–31 October 2026. Entries close at 23:59 on the last day. This is an example period, not a confirmed campaign date.
How to enter
Proposal: submit an original colouring picture, a written story or drawing, or a quiz entry through WOOYE. Include the child’s first name, age, restaurant and a guardian’s contact details. No purchase or entry fee is proposed.
Sample entry limit
Proposal: one entry per child per month. Repeated attempts to send the same entry should not count as extra entries. Quiz entries are included in the sample monthly pool. The proposed entry limit is not yet applied.
Sample prize
Proposal: one Tommy T-shirt, one Olivine key ring and a certificate for one monthly winner. Final quantities, sizes, availability and delivery arrangements are to be confirmed.
Proposed selection
Proposal: randomly select winners from approved, eligible entries received during the selected month, including quiz entries. Winner quantities, the selection date and the process need Olivine’s approval.
Contacting the winner
Proposal: contact the guardian by their chosen phone number or email within seven days of the draw. Allow seven days to respond before selecting a replacement. No public contact details will be announced.
Sharing children’s work
Permission to feature a story or drawing is optional and separate from permission to enter. Declining it should not affect prize eligibility. Do not include private contact details, addresses or photos of people in the work.
What needs confirmation
Olivine must approve the organiser’s legal name and contact, campaign dates, prizes, entry limits, eligibility checks, draw process, delivery to other locations, complaints process and final terms before launch.
