FOR GROWN-UPS

Your family’s information

What an entry shares, why we ask, and the choices you have. This notice is a draft for review.

Draft for Olivine review · not final campaign rules

Entry information

An entry includes the participant’s name, age, restaurant, story or drawing, and the contact person’s name, phone number or email. We also record permission choices, their wording version and the time received.

Why we ask

The contact details support entry review, entry updates and winner contact. Permission to feature the work is optional. These checkboxes do not sign you up for marketing messages.

Who can see it

Entry records and contact details are available through the Olivine desk. They are not shown in public analytics. The application uses Supabase for entry and image storage and Vercel for hosting.

Engagement counts

WOOYE measures page visits, game and story activity, time spent actively using pages and upload problems. It uses an anonymous browser-tab identifier and tagged restaurant links. Contact details, story text and pictures are not sent in engagement events.

Children’s entries

A parent or legal guardian should submit a child’s entry and give permission. Only use the child’s first name. Keep contact details and addresses out of the story or drawing.

Privacy requests

You should be able to request access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of permission. Olivine’s privacy contact and the procedure for handling these requests are still to be confirmed. Do not use this draft as a final privacy notice.

Before launch

Confirm the responsible organisation and privacy contact, how long records are kept, deletion procedures, service-provider access and storage locations, transfers between countries, and the process for verifying guardian permission. No retention period or privacy contact has been approved yet.
